11 Tips for Heart Health

This is a great article from the Huffington Post on effective, simple ways to keep your ticker healthy for the long run. Bonus: chocolate is encouraged, which makes this article an automatic keeper in my book.

The first tip in the article is to eat less saturated fat. Remember, soft margarine products contain less saturated fat than butter, making it a much healthier option.
