Healthy New Year's Eve Recipes

Because I plan on having a very low-key New Year's Eve at home with my husband and some friends, we've decided to whip up a meal to ring in 2012 that's not only delicious but heart healthy too! Below are a couple of the recipes from EatingWell.com that we're thinking about cooking up:
Carmelized Onion & Shrimp Bruschetta - the only switch I plan on making to this recipe is using soft margarine to saute the onions instead of canola oil.
